CouchTown is the first web series from Free Flutter Media and features the adventures and daily shenanigans of Waffles, a Corgi, and Sass, a Chiweenie. Just two charismatic puppers who adore their humans and appreciate the simple things in life; a comfy couch, treats, belly rubs, and a neighborhood to mark as their own.
Waffles
Waffles is a 4 year-old, curious alpha with a fluffy momo (that’s Corgi talk for rump). Before finding his forever home, Waffles was the runt of the litter from a very famous and noble lineage of Corgis descendant directly from Queen Elizabeth’s own stumpy, rumpy rascals. He’s gregarious and always the life of the party or dog park. But he can be a bit of a loaf, constantly disturbing Sass and annoying her with his ‘alpha street smarts’ and plots to get more treats.
Sass
Sassafras aka Sass is a 8 year-old Chiweenie, Dachshund-Chihuahua mix. At least that’s what they said at the dog shelter. She likes people more than other dogs, so don’t expect any lingering butt sniffs from her. With her age, skill set, and life experiences she considers herself a modern-day k-9 philosopher. A true creature of comfort, just trying to enjoy the little things in life even with her sometimes overly enthusiastic side kick and best friend, Waffles, getting in the way.
